A short note from Voyce's founding team.
Voyce is brought to you from Wellington, NZ by three technology enthusiasts and their over 40 years of combined experience in UX design, product, and software development. We've built software products for both large and small organizations in New Zealand and abroad, and have developed a real passion for crafting simple and delightful user experiences.
Our work has involved spending hundreds of hours listening to customers describe the features they want, the problems they need to solve, and the ideas that they have for making our software better - and then organizing those thoughts to get a clear idea of what it is they really need. It's time-consuming work, but deeply satisfying once you get the hang of it.
Processes like these generate a ton of information and we've tried different ways of keeping it all organized. We've used very large and complicated systems aimed at supporting full software development pipelines, through to more 'pencil & paper' processes that get cobbled together in an ad-hoc kind of way, but we never found the tool that hit all the high notes for us.
With Voyce, we set out to build the web app that we would have used if it had been available. Something that's simple and elegant enough for anyone to use, and not loaded down with a bunch of features that complicate the UI and just clutter things up. An app that's focused on doing a smaller number of things really nicely, which helps teams to collaborate, and encourages companies to put the needs of their customers first.
If you believe crafting strong and resilient relationships with users and customers is important, but get fed up with complicated product management tools that include everything plus the kitchen sink, you should give us a try. If you don't like what you see, you won't pay a cent.
We want you to be successful at talking to your customers.
Thanks,
The Team at Voyce
