Voyce comprises a hosted web application and a companion marketing site that are developed and maintained by Voyce ("the Service"). Voyce helps individuals and teams gather customer insights, clearly define problems, and generate solutions - so they can make more of what their customers love.
We care about the personal data you entrust us with. To demonstrate Voyce's engagement in personal data protection we are bringing you the key facts about how we handle personal data processing in Voyce. As a user of the services we provide, you are you are responsible for the security of the username (which is your email address) and password you use to register on our site. You should not tell anyone else your username and password and if you do, you are responsible for the result of any unauthorized access to your account.
Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Recurring subscription details are securely stored and managed offsite by Stripe. We never store your credit-card information.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold for you at any time, and ask to have any of it updated, corrected or deleted. You can do this by sending an e-mail to hello@simplyvoyce.com. We will endeavour to make these changes for you, or provide a reply to your request, within a reasonable amount of time. In order to be sure that you are who you say you are, we may ask you to verify your identity for such requests. This is in order to protect your privacy, and that of other parties, from potential breaches.
