What makes Voyce different to the likes of Productboard, Aha, Trello, and Canny? Let’s find out.
Capture and centralize your customer insights. Define, validate, and triage customer problems. Discover opportunities and build the right things. Voyce is built from the ground up with a simple yet powerful interface you’ll love.
We love Trello's slick, intuitive UI that anyone can pick up and get value from... but it also lacks focus. Trello is amazingly flexible and is great for keeping lists and managing workflows, but it can be hard to create or enforce process.
Productboard is primarily a roadmapping tool, although it does offer many other features such as organizing ideas and capturing user feedback. It has a complex UX that may be best suited to larger teams and more complex workflows.
Aha has an idea management tool as a cheaper offering but the customer feedback component is only unlocked at a higher priced tier. It’s a comprehensive tool but has a lengthy setup process and it takes time to become familiar with it.
Canny is primarily a customer feedback-gathering tool. It's incredibly customizable but because of this it can be complex to configure and use. It’s also one of the more expensive alternatives in our comparison.
UserVoice is targeted towards large companies looking to collect and analyze user feedback in detail. UserVoice has many, many features and because of this has grown quite a complex UI and UX over the years. It’s also the most expensive tool we looked at.
